Nungurner is a peaceful little jetty located on the northern shoreline of the Bancroft Bay – Kalimna Gippsland Lakes Reserve about 5 Km East of Metung .

There is a good jetty that provides private moorings to a number of resident boats, in addition to public facilities for about 5-6 boats.

The location is very pretty with a large number of swing moorings and a small boat shed on the beach, in addition to a public toilet facility there are excellent BBQ facilities and a nice coastal walk along the seawall. Behind the boat shed, there is a plaque that tells the story of the boat shed history.

This destination is well worth a stopover and is a good fallback if Barrier Landing is occupied.
