After our club Luncheon at restaurant Three Double 8 Zero in Paynesville, a small number of club members headed over for an evening at Sperm Whale Head. Upon arrival some members embarked on a nice bush walk for a few hours that led to Lake Reeve and overlooked the waterway towards Rotomah Island. It was a great walk, and just nice to be out an about again exploring. Due to the wind direction not quite reflecting the weather forecast, we decided to then relocate to nearby Steamers Landing for some shelter, a nice afternoon was held enjoying the scenery and a nice on board catch up with friends. The following morning, we awoke to a beautiful day with sunshine a dead flat seas that made the perfect trip back home.
