Resides Jetty (Raymond Island)

Resides Jetty provides a nice beach access to the eastern side of Raymond Island

Resides jetty is located on the eastern side of Raymond Island in the Gippsland Lakes. A good jetty is provided that can cater for about 6 larger sized boats plus a number of smaller shallow draft boats along the main jetty as the water becomes shallow. 

Resides jetty is abundant with birdlife, and provides good easy access to the Raymond Island eastern beach with safe swimming and shallow water.

 Caution

Resides jetty can become rather choppy during Easterly, Northerly and Southerly winds and is very exposed, being a shallow location waves can become rather hostile and unpleasant.
